Life is far from simple but Simplicity Counseling Services, PLLC,
aims to help individuals simplify their lives
by teaching effective coping strategies to manage daily stressors,
decrease emotional and mental conflict, and gain better control of their
lives through a sense of empowerment, independence, and respect/love
for self and others.
Simplicity Counseling Services, PLLC Mission Statement:
To provide all-inclusive and integrative mental health and substance use services to individuals to improve their emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being along with personal satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and overall quality of life.
Simplicity Counseling Services, PLLC strives to help individuals overcome obstacles and barriers to daily functioning by using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, in addition to other modalities based on individual needs.
Simplicity Counseling Services, PLLC provides services for children ages 5 and up, pre-adolescents, adolescents, young adults, and mid/mature adulthood including the geriatric community. Support groups are offered for parents/caregivers of children diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and intellectual disabilities, grief/loss, and spouses/significant others of the deployed.
